These Terms govern your use of Tabserve's mobile apps — Routevia, OneBag, RentFlow, StreamFlow and RoadTally — and any related content we publish. By using our apps or content you agree to these Terms. Contact: teknopattv@gmail.com.
StreamFlow is a media player only. It does not provide, host, sell, or bundle any IPTV channels, streams, or content of any kind. You are solely responsible for ensuring that any playlist (M3U/M3U8 link or Xtream Codes account) you add is one you are legally authorized to access, and for complying with the terms of the service that issued it to you.
Premium subscription (auto-renewable): StreamFlow offers an optional "Yearly Premium" auto-renewing subscription and a one-time "Lifetime Premium" purchase, both processed by Apple via the App Store. Yearly Premium renews automatically for the same price and duration (1 year) unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. You can manage or cancel your subscription any time in your device's Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions. No refund is given for the unused portion of a period if you cancel mid-cycle, except as required by applicable law.
RoadTally is a mileage and expense tracking tool. It is not a tax advisor and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by the IRS, HMRC, the German Bundesfinanzministerium, or any other tax authority. Mileage rates, deduction estimates, and generated reports (including the Fahrtenbuch export) are provided for informational and record-keeping purposes only and do not constitute tax, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for verifying all figures with a qualified tax professional and the relevant official source before relying on them for a tax filing. Automatic trip detection relies on your device's motion sensors and GPS, which can occasionally miss a trip, misclassify a stop, or record an inaccurate distance; you are responsible for reviewing and correcting your trip log before using it for any official purpose.
RoadTally Pro subscription (auto-renewable): RoadTally offers optional monthly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions, processed by Apple via the App Store. Each plan renews automatically for the same price and duration unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Our apps are provided free of charge, "as is", for your personal use. You agree not to misuse the apps or use them for unlawful purposes.
We publish short informational videos on our own YouTube channel (youtube.com/@tabserve) created from our own website content. These videos are subject to YouTube's Terms of Service. Images used are either Pexels (free commercial license) or license-verified Wikimedia Commons content with attribution.
App content and branding belong to Tabserve. Third-party media remains the property of its respective owners under its stated license.
Information in our apps and videos (travel, packing, landlord guidance) is provided for general informational purposes and without warranty. Always verify with official sources.
You agree not to: scrape or bulk-download our content for republication, attempt to interfere with normal site operation, reverse-engineer any part of our sites or apps, or use our services to transmit malware or unlawful content.
We may restrict or terminate access for anyone who violates these Terms. This does not affect your use of OneBag, Routevia, RentFlow, StreamFlow or RoadTally themselves, which are governed by their own app-specific terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms; changes will be posted on this page with a new date.
