This Privacy Policy explains how Tabserve ("we", "us") handles information in connection with our free mobile apps — Routevia, OneBag and RentFlow — and our automated publishing of short videos to our own YouTube channel. Contact: teknopattv@gmail.com.
Our apps are designed to work without requiring an account. Data you enter (e.g. trips, packing lists, rental records) is stored on your device and/or your own cloud storage and is used solely to provide the app's functionality. We do not sell personal data.
We operate a backend automation that creates short videos from our own published website
content and uploads them to our own YouTube channel using the YouTube Data
API v3 (scope youtube.upload). This automation authenticates only our own channel
owner via OAuth 2.0 and does not access, collect, or store data belonging to
any other YouTube user. OAuth credentials are stored securely and are never shared.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We retain only what is necessary to operate the services and apply reasonable security measures to protect credentials and any stored data. We do not collect or store the personal data of any third-party YouTube user — our automation only accesses our own channel.
Any data we obtain from the YouTube API is used transiently and is not persisted beyond the upload operation. You may request deletion of any data we hold, or revoke our app's access at any time, by emailing teknopattv@gmail.com or via the Google security settings page https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. We will action verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Our services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Where EU/UK data protection law applies, our legal basis for the limited processing described above is legitimate interest (understanding aggregate traffic, keeping our sites secure) or, for advertising cookies, your consent given via the cookie banner. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the limited data associated with your visit, and to object to or restrict certain processing (for example, personalised advertising). To exercise any request, email teknopattv@gmail.com.
Analytics and advertising services we use (Google) may process data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States, under Google's own data protection safeguards.
We do not sell personal information. California residents can opt out of personalised advertising via Google Ads Settings.
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
