This Privacy Policy explains how Tabserve ("we", "us") handles information in connection with our free mobile apps — Routevia, OneBag, RentFlow, StreamFlow and RoadTally — and our automated publishing of short videos to our own YouTube channel. Contact: teknopattv@gmail.com.
StreamFlow is a media player. It does not provide, host, sell, or bundle any IPTV subscriptions, channels, or media content of any kind. Any playlist (M3U/M3U8 link or Xtream Codes credentials) you add is entered and stored only on your own device — we never see, collect, or transmit your playlist credentials to our servers. Playback history, favorites, and app settings (e.g. PIN lock) are also stored locally on your device only. Subscription purchases (Premium) are processed entirely by Apple via StoreKit; we do not receive your payment details.
RoadTally is a mileage and expense tracker for freelancers and sales professionals. It uses your device's motion sensors and location services to automatically detect when you start and stop driving, and to record the route and distance of each trip. This data — trips, routes, distances, addresses, vehicles, tax-region settings, and any manually entered notes — is stored only on your device; we do not operate a server and never see, collect, or transmit this data. Address lookups and driving-route/distance calculations are performed directly by Apple's MapKit and CoreLocation frameworks, not by us. If you enable Apple Watch sync, trip status and classification choices are transmitted directly between your iPhone and Apple Watch via Apple's WatchConnectivity framework and are not routed through our servers. Subscription purchases (RoadTally Pro) are processed entirely by Apple via StoreKit; we do not receive your payment details. You can delete any trip, vehicle, or all app data at any time directly within the app.
Our apps are designed to work without requiring an account. Data you enter (e.g. trips, packing lists, rental records) is stored on your device and/or your own cloud storage and is used solely to provide the app's functionality. We do not sell personal data.
We operate a backend automation that creates short videos from our own published website
content and uploads them to our own YouTube channel using the YouTube Data
API v3 (scope youtube.upload). This automation authenticates only our own channel
owner via OAuth 2.0 and does not access, collect, or store data belonging to
any other YouTube user. OAuth credentials are stored securely and are never shared.
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We retain only what is necessary to operate the services and apply reasonable security measures to protect credentials and any stored data. We do not collect or store the personal data of any third-party YouTube user — our automation only accesses our own channel.
Any data we obtain from the YouTube API is used transiently and is not persisted beyond the upload operation. You may request deletion of any data we hold, or revoke our app's access at any time, by emailing teknopattv@gmail.com or via the Google security settings page https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions. We will action verified deletion requests within 30 days.
Our services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
Where EU/UK data protection law applies, our legal basis for the limited processing described above is legitimate interest (understanding aggregate traffic, keeping our sites secure) or, for advertising cookies, your consent given via the cookie banner. You can withdraw that consent at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export the limited data associated with your visit, and to object to or restrict certain processing (for example, personalised advertising). To exercise any request, email teknopattv@gmail.com.
Analytics and advertising services we use (Google) may process data on servers located outside your country, including in the United States, under Google's own data protection safeguards.
We do not sell personal information. California residents can opt out of personalised advertising via Google Ads Settings.
We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
