These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the One Bag mobile application ("App") provided by One Bag Travel ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
One Bag is a travel packing assistant that helps you create packing lists, store travel documents, manage family travel, and receive departure reminders. The App is available on iOS and Android platforms.
You may use the App without an account (local-only mode). To access cloud sync and cross-device features, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's account settings:
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process refunds directly.
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and content, is owned by One Bag Travel and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.
You retain ownership of all content you create in the App (trip data, packing lists, documents). By using cloud sync, you grant us a limited license to store and transmit your data solely for the purpose of providing the sync service.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, One Bag Travel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may delete your account at any time directly within the app from Settings > Account > Delete Account. No external contact is required to delete your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your cloud data will be deleted within 30 days.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notification. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Turkey.
