Data Deletion Request

Summary: Account deletion is available directly within the app without requiring external contact. All cloud data is permanently deleted within 30 days.

One Bag respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to delete your data from our services.

Option 1: Delete from Within the App (Recommended)

  1. Open One Bag
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Tap Account
  4. Tap Delete Account
  5. Confirm the deletion in the dialog

This will permanently delete your account and all associated cloud data (trips, packing items, traveler data, forget scores, categories). The deletion is processed within 30 days. No external contact is required.

Option 2: Request Deletion via Email
